เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรอินทรีย์มาตรฐาน SCE PGS และมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ไทยอื่นๆ ในระบบกลุ่มธุรกิจชุมชน CBMC ( Community Business Model Canvas ) บริษัทฯ จะทำหน้าที่เชื่อมโยงระหว่างผู้ผลิตกับกลุ่มลูกค้าแบบ Make to order และการตลาดแบบระบบประมูลออนไลน์ ด้วยแอพฯ ANT ( Auction/Negotiatio/Twin Matching ) และตามการจดทะเบียนตาม พรบ.วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม 2562 กำหนดในวัตถุประสงค์ การจัดตั้ง บริษัท “ไม่มีการปันผลตามหุ้น กำไรทั้งหมดใช้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเกษตรอินทรีย์ และCBMC”บริษัทฯ มีความร่วมมือกับ Exim Bank ในกิจการการส่งออก และพัฒนาระบบแพลตฟอร์ม “คนไท”เพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กร ตามหลักการ ERP และ SDRP Promoting and supporting SCE PGS organic product ( Sustainable Community Enterprise Participatory Guarantee System ) and another Organic Thailand standard and international organic certification product. PWFSE is Social Enterprise ( SE ) Business Model by Thai Royal SE Act. All net profit use for Organic and CBMC development. PWFSE also we have done collaboration with Exim Bank ( Export- Import Bank of Thailand ) for export works. And We are doing Platform www.konnthai.com for manage ERP and SDRP ( Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP and Sustainable Development Resource Planning – SDRP ) in Holistic Area Base Community Development.

2.การให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม และแอพพลิเคชั่น การจัดการ”ระบบหลังร้าน” ด้วยแพลตฟอร์ม SDRP/HAB และ การจัดการการตลาดและการขาย “ระบบหน้าร้าน” ด้วยแอพฯ ANT

3. การให้บริการฝึกอบรมมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ SCE-PGS และหลักสูตร “นักจัดการประมูลออนไลน์” ( Auctioneers )

1.Now PWFSE has 3 provinces project site for SCE PGS certification ; Suratthani Prachuabkirikhan and Petchaburi Provinces about 100 organic farms. ประธานเครือข่าย SCE PGS consortium chairman : Mr Wanchai Klangnarong base at Suratthani Province

2. พื้นที่ให้บริการระบบ SDRP/HAB และ ANT ทั้งประเทศ แต่เน้นพื้นที่เป้าหมายนำร่อง 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่ 1.ชัยภูมิ 2.มหาสารคาม 3.ร้อยเอ็ด 4.อำนาจเจริญ 5.นครพนม 6.เพชรบุรี 7.นครศรีธรรมราช และ 8.พัทลุง

1 PWFSE has done collaboration with Nakhon Vegetations Cooperative Limited ( สหกรณ์นครผักผลไม้ จำกัด ) and CHU. Co.,LTD ( บจก. CHU ) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ อ.ชะอวด จ.นครศรีธรรมราช at Nakornsithammarath Province For all GAP Product in “ Make to Order “ ( ผลิตตามสั่ง ) as the same system with Organic Product.

2. PWFSE has done collaboration with Pracharath Prachuabkirikan Social Enterprise Co., LTD For all Organic Product in “ Make to Order” system. – M2O ( ผลิตตามสั่ง ) For regional difference product of Thailand PWFSE can manage M2O through Thai Organic Platform.

3. แผนงาน SDRP/HAB และ ANT นั้น PWFSE ประสานงาน ( Collaboration ) กับ สถาบันพัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (พอช.) ( CODI ) สภาเกษตรกรแห่งชาติ ( National Farmers Council – NFC ) และ สำนักงานกองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร (The Office of Farmers' Reconstruction and Development Fund FRD Fund.

-For Organic Product :PWFSE and partners are ready to serve small and pieces packing too. ( Small Order is OK – SOOK )

-For ANT Service Provider : PWFSE serve all Agriculture Product

-PWFSE propose to set the couple months or seasonal “fix price” Both organic and GAP product.

-ANT Platform Service Fee upon each product.

1.“ Why Make to Order ?” : บริษัทฯต้องการริเริ่มและพัฒนาระบบ การค้าที่เป็นธรรม ทุกฝ่ายใน Supply Chain สามารถ “อยู่ได้” ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุขและยั่งยืน. PWFSE try to establish “new normal” of fair trading among AEC new economy system which make Sustainable Development Goals successfully, and win-win solution in supply chain relation.

2.Why develop SDRP/HAB .CBMC and ANT platform service ? : บริษัทฯ PWFSE มุ่งเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การค้าที่เป็นธรรม : PWFSE promote SDGs and Fair Trade.
